Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with no mention of our brand name or contents on the outside to ensure your privacy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used glass or accessories cannot be returned.
